Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at puentecons@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send it. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, request a return and place a separate order after the return is accepted.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but an eligible item may be returned under this policy.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact puentecons@gmail.com.
