Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Inventory may be fulfilled from our United States or Ecuador location. Ecuador inventory is transferred to the United States in scheduled batches before entering the USPS network.

United States shipping
For orders below $150, USPS Ground Advantage costs $7.99 for one jersey, $11.99 for two jerseys, and $18.99 for three or more jerseys. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. Estimated USPS transit time is 3–5 business days after the package is accepted into the USPS network. This transit estimate is separate from our 2–5-business-day processing time.

International shipping
International shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package. Available USPS services may include First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International. Delivery time varies by destination, carrier service, and customs processing.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided when the order is fulfilled. For inventory transferred from Ecuador, USPS tracking may not show activity until the parcel enters the USPS network in the United States. We keep the order unfulfilled during the transfer and send the shipping confirmation when USPS receives or scans the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address accuracy and delays
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly at puentecons@gmail.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment. Carrier or customs delays outside our control may affect delivery estimates.
